Social Work Team Manager (Mental Health)

Our Client is seeking an Adults Social Work Team Manager to join their Mental Health Team.Fantastic payrate of £40 per hour.This is a Hybrid Working Role!Are you a Team Manager, passionate about making a difference? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunityResponsibilities of this role:Oversee the daily operations of the mental health social work team.Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members.Ensure the delivery of high-quality social work services to adults with mental health needs.Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.Monitor and evaluate team performance against set targets and standards.Facilitate regular team meetings and case reviews.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide integrated services.Requirements of this role:Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.Must have minimum of 2 years'' experience.Must have previous experience managing a team of social workers.Must have a clean enhanced DBS.Benefits of working through Reed, include: Dedicated Recruitment Consultant.
