This is an excellent opportunity to lead practice at the front door of Children’s Services, managing a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners within a fast-paced multi-agency safeguarding environment. You'll provide strong operational leadership across the service, overseeing referrals and enquiries, making robust threshold decisions and ensuring children and families receive timely and appropriate interventions.
