This is an excellent opportunity to manage a dedicated team supporting young people aged 16+ as they prepare for independence and navigate adulthood. The service works with care experienced young people to ensure they have the support, guidance and opportunities needed to achieve positive outcomes in education, employment, housing, health and financial independence.About the TeamThe Care Experienced Young People''s Team supports young people from age 16 onwards, helping them plan for their transition into adulthood and providing ongoing support after they leave care.
