Contribute to the overall case management within the team including oversight and escalation.With guidance from the Team Manager, provide casework oversight to Lead Practitioners, including delivering regular reflective supervision and overseeing targeted Early Help, section 17 Family Assessments, and family plans. Support Lead Practitioners to take a whole family approach to working with families and undertaking high quality needs-led assessments. Complete or contribute to assessments where required. Support Lead Practitioners to establish a ''Team Around the Family'' (TAFN), to create and deliver effective multi-agency Family Help plans, including providing evidence-based help and support to families.
