This role is crucial in supporting the Team Manager in the organisation, management, and supervision of social care services, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with legislation, regulations, and local priorities.Day-to-Day of the Role:Assist the Team Manager in leading the team and managing the daily operations of the unit.Contribute to strategic planning and continual improvement of services based on user feedback, performance data, and stakeholder input.Ensure that services are delivered effectively, adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines.Support the development of the team and individuals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Level 6 Social Work Degree.Specialised training in relevant service area legislation, management, human resources, and safety procedures.Substantial experience in mental health services, including knowledge of the Care Act and related funding and legal frameworks.Proven experience in staff supervision and practice supervision.Key competencies in managing resources, improving work processes, and creating effective working relationships.Benefits:Annual leave entitlement varies by grade and years of service, ranging from 26 to 31 days.Additional benefits for AMHPs, ..... full job details .....
