What you will do:

Assist the Team Manager in the efficient organisation, management, and supervision of social care services.

Take a lead role in strategic planning and service development to ensure top-notch care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Guide your team to achieve high operational standards in compliance with relevant legislation and local policies.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.

Supervise team members in line with departmental policies, ensuring consistent service delivery.

Oversee transitions and planning for adults, in collaboration with the Team Manager and Admin.

Foster a high-performing environment through effective budgeting, recruitment, and staff development practices.
