Social Value Wellbeing Coordinator

Role Overview This role leads the delivery and evidencing of the organisation''s Social Value commitments, alongside business-wide wellbeing, sustainability and compliance support. It combines stakeholder engagement, internal and external communications, reporting, and office and event coordination, and works closely with senior management and the Health and Safety function. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the organisation''s Social Value strategy, ensuring commitments are delivered and evidenced across projects and business activities. Manage and promote employee volunteering initiatives, including identifying opportunities, coordinating participation, and recording outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with community groups, charities, educational establishments, and other external stakeholders. Track, measure, and report on social value activities, volunteering hours, sustainability targets, and associated business benefits. Support internal communication campaigns to increase employee engagement in social value, wellbeing, sustainability, and compliance initiatives.
