Social Value Manager

We are looking for a talented Social Value Manager to join the JRL Group, an industry leading, innovative, national construction business consisting of 14+ divisions across civils, build and the built environment and are ever expanding.The role will be responsible for implementing our Social Value strategy, where you will help to create, embed, and maintain a social value framework. You will influence our local communities, internal and external stakeholders, and wider society. It will require working with our delivery teams to deliver project activities related to Social Value across our developments. Alongside engagement of stakeholders (employees, local communities, supply chain) in the development and implementation of Social Value plans across the business.As an experienced social value practitioner with a passion for collaborative working, the successful candidate will develop, implement, monitor and report on the impact of social value programmes and associated activities across a range of projects and frameworks.Experience of working with local partners to deliver local employment, training and skills and community engagement programmes and activities will be the key to success in this role, combined with an understanding of national and local themes to ..... full job details .....
