The role ensures that contractual and organisational social value commitments are translated into meaningful, measurable outcomes for local communities, businesses and individuals. The Social Value Manager will work closely with project teams, clients, supply chain partners, local authorities and community organisations to identify opportunities and ensure social value is embedded throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social value strategies and action plans for construction projects. Review client requirements and contractual social value commitments and ensure these are incorporated into project delivery plans.
