This is a full-time maternity cover position, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-established department.The successful candidate will deliver Social Sciences across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, with subjects likely to include Psychology, Sociology, or Health and Social Care (depending on experience). You will play a key role in developing students analytical thinking, subject knowledge, and exam confidence, particularly at KS5 where strong subject expertise is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and delivering high-quality Social Sciences lessons across KS4 and KS5. Supporting students in developing critical thinking, evaluation, and exam technique. Assessing and tracking progress, providing clear and constructive feedback. Maintaining strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
