This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact across an international organisation. Working closely with the Global Sustainability Manager, you will take ownership of social responsibility initiatives, developing policies, driving best practice and improving sustainability performance across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Lead the organisation''s social responsibility and ESG initiatives across multiple international locations. Develop and implement policies relating to employee wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, human rights and responsible business practices. Drive improvements across the organisation''s social sustainability performance and support external sustainability assessments. Design and monitor social KPIs, dashboards and reporting metrics. Work collaboratively with HR and business leaders across multiple countries to implement new initiatives and best practice.
