Through a person-centred approach, the team supports people to improve their wellbeing, build confidence and access the local services and community connections that matter to them. As part of the Management Team at Southern Brooks, you''ll help ensure the organisation runs smoothly and safely, keeping people and communities as our priority. You''ll build strong relationships with other Southern Brooks teams, external partners, and community organisations across South Gloucestershire to deliver effective support to the community and individuals.
