An experienced agency-side digital marketer working across B2C/B2B business, particularly B2B
Agency experience in social media, digital insights, or community management roles
Proven track record of winning new business
Management experience across social and content teams
An excellent storyteller
Comfortable working in a commercial, ROI-driven environment
Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration

Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients regarding social media, providing strategic consultancy
Ensure all plans are insight-led, based on audience research, and actionable across paid, earned, shared, and owned media channels
Assist in planning and creating new business pitches
Develop the agency’s social media offerings
Provide recommendations and execute content strategies in coordination with social media channels
Manage search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for diagnostic reporting
Create supporting marketing content for social media (videos, case studies, blog posts)
Implement link-building campaigns aligned with SEO goals
Develop and execute communication/content strategies via social communities
Stay updated with SEO, social media, and internet marketing trends
Research and administer social media tools to support strategies
Monitor web analytics dashboards and prepare reports, highlighting key insights
Communicate project development, timelines, and results to team and management
Collaborate with team members to meet client goals
