Salary, Hours & Benefits

- Full-time, standard office hours with flexibility for on-location shoots
- Hybrid working pattern; 1 day WFH, 4 days office-based in Mansfield and/or on location nationwide

Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing multiple performance and social projects from brief to delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing
- Coordinating photography and film shoots, including logistics, equipment, and on-set operations
- Collaborating with Social Media Managers and Content Creators to bring creative concepts to life
- Leading team meetings, documenting actions, and supporting client-facing presentations
- Maintaining studio equipment and ensuring health & safety compliance
- Supporting new business proposals and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in photography, video production and project management
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Workfront, Microsoft Planner, and SharePoint
- Solid understanding of photography and film equipment
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
