• Full-time, standard office hours with flexibility for on-location shoots
• Hybrid working pattern; 1 day WFH, 4 days office-based in Mansfield and/or on location nationwide

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing multiple performance and social projects from brief to delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing
• Coordinating photography and film shoots, including logistics, equipment, and on-set operations
• Collaborating with Social Media Managers and Content Creators to bring creative concepts to life
• Leading team meetings, documenting actions, and supporting client-facing presentations
• Maintaining studio equipment and ensuring health & safety compliance
• Supporting new business proposals and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in photography, video production and project management
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Workfront, Microsoft Planner, and SharePoint
• Solid understanding of photography and film equipment
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
