This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Key Responsibilities Create, schedule and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and brand consistency. Produce high-quality graphics, short-form videos, animations and other multimedia content tailored to different audiences and platforms. Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages whilst escalating issues where appropriate. Work collaboratively with communications teams across constituent councils and partner organisations to deliver coordinated messaging. Support statutory consultations by producing clear, accessible and engaging digital content. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and make recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media activity.
