Social Media Manager Location: Crawley (50%), remote (50%) Contract: Until year end Pay rate: Circa £300.00 per day, 2 days per week About the Role Are you a passionate social media specialist with a pulse on consumer trends, viral moments, and digital innovation? We are looking for a Social Media Manager to act as our internal social expert across a portfolio of iconic brands. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end social media strategies, creating standout content, driving community engagement, and partnering with top creators and influencers. Managing brand budgets ranging from £20k to over £100k+, you will play a pivotal role in growing brand equity, elevating consumer experience journeys, and capturing market share of voice across key social platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy and Creation: Serve as the social voice of our brands. Source, curate, and produce dynamic "Always On" content (copy, imagery, video) and manage detailed monthly content calendars using tools like Sprinklr. Community and Campaign Moderation: Oversee active brand communities, responding in real time to trending moments, managing reactive opportunities, and ensuring brand safety in line with established tone of voice guidelines. Influencer and Creator Networks: Identify, activate, and nurture relationships with brand advocates and influencers in line with HFSS regulatory guidelines.
