Social Media Manager - Personal Brand

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Social Content Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of a fast-paced personal brand content strategy across multiple platforms.This role will sit at the centre of the content operation, ensuring content is planned, produced, approved, scheduled, and published seamlessly across Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and X.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Operations and Calendar ManagementOwn and manage the master content calendar across all social platforms including Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and XEnsure all content moves efficiently through planning, scripting, approval, editing, scheduling, and publishing stagesBuild and maintain scalable workflows that improve efficiency and accountability across the content functionResearch and identify strategic engagement opportunities to support audience growth and strengthen brand positioningProactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, or operational risks before they impact deliveryCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the key liaison between stakeholders and the wider content team including editors, scriptwriters, designers, and videographersLead weekly planning and production check-ins to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are metBrief team members on upcoming deliverables, timelines, and platform-specific requirementsManage approvals and sign-off processes to maintain publishing schedulesScheduling and PublishingSchedule and publish content across ..... full job details .....
