The Role Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. Create, film, edit and publish engaging content including Reels, product showcases and live shopping highlights. Grow online audiences and increase engagement across all platforms. Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches. Analyse social media performance and optimise campaigns using data and insights. Stay ahead of social trends and identify new opportunities to grow the brand. About You At least 3 years'' experience managing social media for a retail, fashion or e-commerce brand. Proven success growing social media channels and driving commercial results. Confident creating video content and using editing software. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends. Creative, proactive and commercially minded with excellent organisational skills.
