We’re looking for a talented
Social Media Manager (Full-Time)
to join us on our mission to build a standout brand in the fintech and mortgage space. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our social media journey from scratch. You’ll own our strategy and execution across channels, helping us elevate our voice, grow our following, and strengthen our market presence.Strategy development:
Build and implement a social media strategy aligned with Koodoo’s brand and business goals.Content creation:
Plan, write, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Brand storytelling:
Craft compelling narratives that communicate our mission, values, and product innovations.Channel management:
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and brand voice across all channels.Campaigns and launches:
Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, hiring drives, partnerships, and more.Analytics and reporting:
Track performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.Community building:
Engage with followers, partners, and influencers to strengthen online relationships.What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within financial services or fintech.Proven success in building or scaling corporate social media from the ground up.Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.Excellent knowledge of platform-specific best practices and analytics tools.Ability to create simple visuals using Canva or similar tools.A proactive and strategic mindset with a creative eye.Ability to work independently and manage your own calendar effectively.Passion for technology, innovation, and storytelling.Nice to have:Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment.Familiarity with paid social campaigns and SEO best practices.Exposure to video content creation or editing.What We Can Offer You
