Job description: We''re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Lead to join our Clients growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on creating engaging content, growing brand awareness and supporting marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create and publish engaging content across social platforms Produce short-form videos, photos and promotional content Write engaging captions and social copy Content Planning Plan and schedule content around campaigns and launches Work with the wider team on marketing activity Suggest fresh content ideas and trends Social Media Management Manage content calendars and daily activity Monitor engagement and respond where appropriate Maintain a consistent brand voice Analytics and Reporting Track post and campaign performance Use insights to improve engagement and growth Report on key social media metrics Content Organisation Maintain content libraries and assets Assist with basic photo and video editing About You Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts Confident creating Reels and short-form video content Strong photo and video editing skills Understanding of social media trends and engagement Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Positive, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team What''s on Offer Full-time position Hybrid working available ..... full job details .....
