Venatu Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to play a key role in driving marketing activity across our group of businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign delivery, while supporting business growth and candidate attraction.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help shape marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and generate engagement across multiple channels.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Taking ownership of social media and day-to-day management across multiple platforms.
• Creating engaging content including blogs, graphics, videos, and marketing collateral.
• Supporting and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Working with recruitment teams to develop targeted attraction campaigns.
• Supporting events, sponsorships, and internal communications initiatives.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling systems.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• A confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience within recruitment, staffing, or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.

 Normal working hours being 8:30am to 5pm, on Monday to Thursday, 8.30 to 3.30pm Friday.
