Key Responsibilities Manage and grow social media channels across multiple platforms. Create engaging, digital-first content that drives reach, engagement and conversions. Build and nurture online communities through effective community management. Monitor and analyse performance, providing insight-led recommendations to improve results. Develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver more personalised communications. Utilise social listening tools to identify trends, opportunities and audience behaviour. Support CRM integration activities, including working with Salesforce and social platform data. Collaborate with internal teams to support wider communications and fundraising campaigns. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Canva AI to support content creation and reporting. ..... full job details .....
