The Social Media Executive plays a key role in growing the Millbank Group s online presence, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with target audiences across social platforms. The role involves creating and managing social content, supporting digital campaigns, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement. Your duties and responsibilities will be 1. Social Media Management Manage and grow Millbank s presence across key platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others as needed. Develop and schedule creative, engaging, and brand-aligned content using tools like Hootsuite or native schedulers. Ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all channels. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Content Creation Create engaging visual and written content for posts including graphics, videos, and infographics. Work with the Managing Director and internal teams to source ideas, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. Stay up to date with content trends to ensure Millbank s content remains relevant and engaging. 3.
