As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Assist with the creation of content for social media as part of an integrated digital marketing campaign including, images, text, video and audio.
- Support the company''s social media strategy to grow brand awareness and acquire new audiences through content creation, management of customer enquiries and monitoring.
- Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media for potential issues and manage the brand''s response to negative comments or feedback in a professional manner via social listening tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support the promotion of company events, webinars, and product launches through targeted social media campaigns.
- Ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand''s visual identity, tone, and messaging.
- Build and manage relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Schedule social content various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok.
- Engage with live events through social media coverage and interaction, boosting visibility and engagement.
- Assist with the creation of paid ads and the management of content for the advertisements.
- Join international meetings to work with colleagues from other countries.
- Administrative and other support to assist with the efficient running of the business as required.
The successful Social Media Executive will have the following related skills / experience:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant qualification (e.g., Marketing).
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A-C/9-5 in English and Maths.
- Experience of creating and curating content on social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Mailchimp or blogs.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced marketing role.
- Experience with paid ads (especially Meta) would be advantageous.
- Strong interest in digital and social media trends, in particular professional learning and education.
- Adaptable and flexible to cope with differing demands
