This is a hands-on, highly creative role where you''ll be scripting, filming, editing, and posting content daily. You’ll be in front of the camera as much as behind it, and your ideas will shape how the brand shows up online. If you’ve got the creativity of a storyteller, the editing skills of a pro, and the confidence to talk to an audience of thousands, this is your calling.

What You’ll Do

Create, film, and edit engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms

Write witty, educational, and inspiring captions and posts to match our tone

Drive a 40% growth in social media following across all platforms

Turn views into leads with smart, conversion-focused content strategies

Track analytics, test new ideas, and adapt quickly to what’s working

Stay ahead of social trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and shareable

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in social media management or a similar content creation role

Confident on camera with a natural, authentic delivery style

Strong video editing skills (experience with TikTok/Instagram editing tools or Adobe suite is a plus)

Creative thinker who can balance fun, education, and results

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and hungry for career growth
