Social Media Consultant

We''re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing remote team as a Social Media and Community Consultant. In this role, you''ll help manage online communities, engage with audiences on behalf of clients, and contribute to the growth of digital brands through excellent communication and relationship building. What you''ll be doing- Managing client inboxes and online community interactions Building positive relationships with subscribers and followers Following communication strategies and sales guidelines Organising and categorising digital content Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Completing daily reports and maintaining accurate records Working closely with the management team to achieve client goals Requirements- Excellent written communication skills Trustworthy and reliable Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Sheets Able to work independently in a remote environment Willing to learn through our training programme What we offer Fully remote, self-employed position Full training provided Supportive and experienced management team Performance-based progression opportunities Immediate start available 3 Shifts available: Monday to Sunday 4pm - 12am 12am - 9am 9am - 4pm Equipment required A reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection. ..... full job details .....
