Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised individual to join our fab clients'' team as maternity cover for their Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager. Based at beautiful office in Henley-on-Thames, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing digital content for across a range of platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye for content, a passion for social media, and experience growing and engaging online communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Produce creative, on-brand content
• Schedule and optimise posts for performance and engagement
• Monitor analytics and report on social media performance
• Build and nurture community engagement by responding to comments and messages
• Create and distribute weekly email newsletters
• Keep website content updated and relevant
• Support wider digital marketing activity and campaigns

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in social media and digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills

Experience using:

• Hootsuite
• Klaviyo
• Shopify
• Canva
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and creative approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
