The central purpose of the role is to design a community-focused initiative, inspired by leading models such as The Felix Project and Cook for Good, to address food insecurity in Hampshire. During the 6-month contract, you''ll create the business case for the initiative - developing a vision and operating model aligned with community needs, based on local needs analysis and stakeholder mapping. You''ll present the business case to the Board and, if successfully approved, the 6m FTC will be extended with a multi-year investment. At this point, your role would change from business case to implementation and delivery.
