Social Housing Electrician

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join a busy compliance and maintenance team covering Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton. The Role Carry out electrical testing, repairs and maintenance in residential properties Complete responsive repairs and planned works Work in line with BS7671, health and safety requirements and company procedures Complete inspection sheets, minor works and installation certificates Identify and requisition materials required for works Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship Requirements NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition (BS7671) City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing Previous residential/housing experience preferred Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year Benefits Company van and fuel card Tool allowance Uniform and PPE 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service Overtime and call-out opportunities Pension scheme Life assurance Additional wellbeing and volunteering days Enhanced family leave Company phone and tablet ..... full job details .....
