The Opportunity

The role of the Social Media Manager is to run the creative identity for Rodial on all social media platforms. This role blends creativity with a commercial focus and you will lead on everything from content ideation to posting, creating content and working to drive brand awareness, community growth and engagement across all platforms. You will leverage AI tools to supercharge creativity, streamline production, and stay ahead of social trends, as well as create compelling, high-converting content for social campaigns with a strong awareness of ROI.You will be confident appearing in front of the camera to create tutorials as one of the faces of the brand e nsuring Rodial’s luxury aesthetic and brand voice remain consistent. You will play a key role in creating founder-led content that reflects Maria Hatzistefanis’ personal brand and vision.Please note this role is 4 days a week in our W11 office and Friday''s from home.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Rodial’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms ensuring alignment with the Founder’s visionDay to day running of the Rodial social media channels. Scheduling content, responding to all messages and DM’s and engaging with our communityCreate and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and cultural moments.Plan founder-led content, including videos, behind-the-scenes features, and thought-leadership moments featuring Maria Hatzistefanis.Understand algorithms and use analytics and trend insights across all social channels to grow engagement, following and community of all Rodial social channelsContinuous identification and relationship building of new influencers and tastemakers to introduce them to our brandBriefing, negotiation, and creation of contracts for all paid partners, working within set budgetary guidelinesIdentify opportunities for founder appearances across media, podcasts, and social collaborationsStay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and new content formats to keep Rodial culturally relevantContent Creation and StorytellingContent creation both independently and in unison with in-house design team to create reactive content to service the trends of each channel and capitalise on viral momentsArranging social shoots from start to finish to create a stream of social creative content. Locations, photographers, videographers, models etc to be organised via personal network, working to conservative budgetsPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and video content for all social channels, optimised for platform-specific performanceBe comfortable on-camera for tutorials, trend-led videos, and behind-the-scenes content as one of the faces of the brandUse AI tools for content ideation, campaign concepts, and creative asset productionTest AI-generated visuals, captions, and content formats to accelerate production and enhance output qualityCreate compelling, conversion-focused content for paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals and ROIDevelop storytelling pieces that capture the brand’s journey and highlight the founder’s role in shaping Rodial’s success

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:Experience of organising shoots from start to finish for social needs from mood boarding to contracting, pulling together all key elementsExperience of managing social channels growing from engagement following awarenessProven experience of running multiple social media platforms creatively and strategicallyExperience of keeping abreast of appropriate media and social media trends to suit brand representationIndependent content creation for social mediaUnderstanding and knowledge of wholesale and retail.Excellent commercial awareness and ..... full job details .....
