• Set strategy for organic social, influencers and partnerships across Europe

• Identify and manage partnerships and influencers
• Ensure all activity is commercially sound and performance-driven
• Lead UK organic social delivery and content execution
• Coordinate agencies and internal teams effectively
• Track performance and optimise using clear reporting
• Find and share strong brand stories to boost visibility

A successful Social & Partnerships Lead should have:

• Strong understanding of social, influencer and partnerships in campaigns
• Experience working across both central and local market teams
• Confident managing agencies and external partners
• Commercially aware, with a focus on performance and outcomes
