Permanent position Salary Up to £70k +Benefits and Pension Location: Remote We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on SOC Operations Technical Lead to join a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP). This is a senior technical leadership role where you''ll lead a team of SOC Analysts operating in a 24/7 environment while remaining deeply involved in threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, and detection engineering across a diverse multi-client portfolio. What You''ll Be Doing Lead and mentor SOC Analysts across all shifts Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex security incidents Conduct advanced threat hunting and incident response Develop and tune detection rules, use cases, and correlation logic Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with clients to deliver security reviews and strategic recommendations Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Engineering, and Incident Response teams Key Technologies Microsoft Sentinel CrowdStrike Falcon Microsoft Defender XDR Carbon Black SOAR platforms Threat Intelligence platforms KQL, detection engineering, and automation What We''re Looking For 7+ years in Security Operations 3-4+ years in a senior or lead SOC role MSSP or multi-client environment experience Strong threat hunting and incident response expertise Client-facing consulting skills Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GREM, SC-200, or SC-300 ..... full job details .....
