SOC Manager

Role overview:Working for a global System Integrator as a SOC Manager, you are the senior lead to ensure our state of the art security centre is as effective and as efficient as can possibly be. As well as the proactive and responsive management of your team you will also have input for the strategy and future direction of our operation.Main tasks and responsibilities:Manage Shared SOC for more than 100 FTE across multiple locations providing services to multiple customers 24X7Drive ongoing and continuous service improvement processSupport all Global SOC operations and initiativeMonitor, detect, and respond to global cybersecurity intrusionsDocument progress throughout the incident response life-cycleEnsure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectivesRevise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAsResponsible for team and vendor management, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations CentreManagement, administration and maintenance of security devices under the purview of SOC which consists of state-of-the art technologiesCo-ordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with themPre-requisites:Experience of more than 12 years in advanced security technologiesStrong security professional skilled in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Vulnerability Management and Security Intelligence, IDAM, Digital Rights Management (DRM), Anti-APT, Data Leak Prevention (DLP), Phishing simulation tools etcExperience in managing P1 incidentsExperience in managing shift rosterExperience in managing day to day SOC operations activityExperience in ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC CertificationExperience in handling change request, issues and risk related to MSS projectsFurther info:Competitive Basic + BonusLondonTo apply:Please either register your CV and complete the information fields requested or send your CV to vacancies@trilatycyber.com referencing DJW5302 and your current ..... full job details .....
