Salary: -30,00035,000 Basic + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Christmas Bonus + Private Healthcare + 23-26 Days Holiday (plus bank holidays)

We are now seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join and our respected AV division. This is a warm desk with an established and engaged client base, offering significant earning potential for a high-performing consultant. Based on previous years and performance, -60k - -100k in OTE is acheivable in the first year.

• Commission:

  • 10% on the first -10,000 of paid invoices

  • 20% on billings above -10,000

• Bonuses:

  • 8.5% quarterly bonus

  • 1% annual Christmas bonus (based on total yearly billings)

  • 5% business development bonus

• Realistic OTE:

  • Year 1: -50,000

Due to the earning potential associated with this desk, we are seeking experienced consultants with proven 360 recruitment capability and a track record of managing and growing profitable permanent desks. Applicants must be self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.

You will be a master in using Linked In RPS and building out talent networks.
