Snr AV Installation Engineer / Onsite ManagerLead AV Installation Engineer / On Site Manager – new role for one of the largest specialist Smart Building Integrators in London. The role requires 8 years of experience in AV / Smart building systems integration. You will be an exceptional leader, liaise with other on-site contractors, and take charge of the team when the Project Manager is not available. You will work on high-end residential projects in London, with occasional commercial work.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage AV installation teams on site.

Coordinate with on-site contractors and project managers.

Deliver high-quality AV/smart building installations on time and to specification.

Support bids and site readiness for projects.

Must have skills / Qualifications

Team management

Excellent knowledge of either Control4 or Lutron

Exceptional hands-on AV skills

Good industry-related training / certificates

Commitment to delivering the best projects

Willingness to work on and travel to London projects
