Snagger

We are looking for a Snagger to join an established building maintenance company, helping to ensure all building work is complete to a high standard. This role is based in birmingham, and you will need your own vehicle and tools.

-22-23ph paid weekly via CIS

Monday to Friday/ 40 hr weeks

As a Snagger, you will be:

• Inspecting and identifying defects

• Perform finishing repairs and touch ups ( painting work, patch plastering etc)

• Rectifying any h&s concerns such as missing fire alarms etc

• Carrying out basic works as needed

To be succesful as a Snagger, you will need:

• Experience in a similar field
• CSCS card
• Have or willing to get your manual handling, asbestos awarness and working from heights qualification
