This SMT Process Technician position will suit a practical, hands-on SMT professional who can support process machinery, minimise downtime, maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement across a busy electronics manufacturing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, service and repair SMT process machinery to minimise downtime while protecting quality standardsCreate and control equipment programmes as instructedSupport process changes, layout improvements and production flow across the facilityContribute to improvement meetings, new equipment justification and continuous process developmentMaintain close working relationships with equipment suppliers and engineersTrain new machine operators and provide operational cover where requiredKeep work areas safe, tidy and hazard-free in line with health and safety proceduresExperience RequiredGood attention to detail and a practical, methodical approach to prioritising workStrong organisation skills and the ability to multitask ..... full job details .....
