We’re currently recruiting for an SMT Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business, supporting the assembly of high-quality electronic products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in electronics, assembly, or production environments who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and structured team.

The Role:

• Supporting the SMT line and assembly of electronic hardware
• Working to detailed build instructions
• Assembling components, including work under a microscope
• Maintaining high standards of quality and precision

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electronics
• Basic understanding of electronic components (desirable)
• Soldering or cleanroom experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Good organisational and communication skills

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to grow within a specialist environment.
