Position: SMT Operator Location: Stevenage Salary: 28,000 - 31,000Hours: 08:00am - 16:30pm Proactive are currently in search of a SMT Operator to start work for a market leading manufacturing company based in Stevenage. This is a permanent position and an exciting opportunity offering career progression and development.ResponsibilitiesTo work to SMT department working practices.Operate SMT paste printersTo check and load components, operate SMT machinesTo operate SMT reflow ovensTo conduct visual inspection to ensure good quality product, working to IPC 610 standard.To hand fit components when requiredFollow the Company''s environmental policy, procedures and instructions to minimise environmental impacts from its activities.Adhere to AS/EN 9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards.Adhere to health and safety procedures.
