As a SMT Operator you can benefit from:

The role of a SMT Operator will include:

• Operating surface mount assembly machinery
• Monitoring the process to ensure perfect quality
• Reading any machine errors and correct any problems
• Kit and de-kit the placement machines
• Document running times and any process deviations

The ideal SMT Operator should have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environment (desirable, not essential)
• Interest in Electronics Manufacturing
• Is comfortable using computer systems
