Responsibilities Set-up, change over and operate SMT production line in accordance with production schedules, work instructions and business objectives Operate SMT equipment including screen printers, pick and place machines, reflow ovens and associated production equipment Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with customer requirements, technical documentation, internal procedures and applicable industry standards. Carry out first-off inspections and in-process verification checks to ensure product quality and process compliance. Perform manual inspection activities where required, identifying defects and escalating quality concerns appropriately.
