The successful candidate will work on an automated SMT production line, comprising a Panasonic AM-100 pick-and-place machine, Marantz AOI machine (automated optical inspection) and Pyramax reflow oven. What you will be doing? Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including stencil printer, pick-and-place machine, and reflow oven. Load components, feeders, and PCBs to the SMT machine as per the job schedule. Inspect solder paste application, component placement, and solder joints (visually or using AOI systems). Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
