The responsibilities for the SMT Operator- You will be responsible for operating and monitoring SMT production equipment, ensuring components are placed accurately and products are manufactured to the required quality standards. Setting up and operating Europlacer SMT equipment Setting up and loading feeders Loading and running production programmes Carrying out SMT machine changeovers Monitoring placement quality throughout production Identifying and resolving basic production or machine issues Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks Working from production drawings, specifications and work instructions Ensuring production targets and quality standards are maintained Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Following company procedures and health & safety requirements To be conside...
