Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about electronics manufacturing? We''re looking for a skilled Production Operator to join our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) team. You''ll play a key role in building high-quality electronic products used in cutting-edge industries.
What You''ll Do:
Set up and operate SMT machinery on the production line
Monitor product quality using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems
Occasionally support other areas, including conformal coating and selective soldering
Assist with quality checks and visual inspections
Contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and processes
What You''ll Need:
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or SMT assembly
Hands-on knowledge of surface mount processes
Experience with ASM/Siemens Siplace equipment is a plus
Familiarity with IPC standards (Class 3) is desirable, but not essential
