Carry out PCB assembly tasks including solder paste printing, loading pick-and-place machines, and inspection before and after reflow. Read and interpret drawings, parts lists, and production documentation. Follow documented procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship. Perform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping within the SMT area. Report product or process issues to supervisors promptly. Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
