SMSTS site manager for holiday cover - Hillingdon

An experienced SMSTS site manager is required for 10 days from 6/10 for Hillingdon Heath.

Duties include handover - from and to the main contractor - overseeing work progress and day-to-day progress of an External Wall Insulation project.-

The role involves direct liaison between the project team, subcontractors and site supervision, actioning and delegation of site activities as required.-

As such proven and relevant experience, excellent communications and record-keeping skills and the ability to work effectively straight away from a standing start are integral to the job.

In addition a valid SMSTS/First Aid at Work/Asbestos Awareness/Manual Handling/Working at Heights are essential.
