SMSTS site manager for holiday cover - Hillingdon

An experienced SMSTS site manager is required for 10 days from 6/10 for Hillingdon Heath. Duties include handover - from and to the main contractor - overseeing work progress and day-to-day progress of an External Wall Insulation project. The role involves direct liaison between the project team, subcontractors and site supervision, actioning and delegation of site activities as required. As such proven and relevant experience, excellent communications and record-keeping skills and the ability to work effectively straight away from a standing start are integral to the job. In addition a valid SMSTS/First Aid at Work/Asbestos Awareness/Manual Handling/Working at Heights are essential.
