Your Role:As the SMS Assurance Product Manager, you will:Enhance SMS Capture Assurance: Drive initiatives to ensure 100% compliance across all captured locations.Meet Legal Obligations: Ensure that SMS Capture services align with all legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain Audit Trails: Keep thorough documentation for compliance reporting and audits.Vendor Engagement: Lead collaborations with vendors onboard new SMS Capture products, ensuring global SMS coverage with effective capture controls.Define the Roadmap: Craft the SMS roadmap in line with industry standards, adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
