With a client-retention rate of approximately 92%, the team has built lasting relationships through responsive advice and consistent service.Role Summary:This is an opportunity for an experienced SME Account Handler to join a busy and established commercial insurance team in Burgess Hill. You will take ownership of an existing book of clients, manage a high volume of incoming work and provide a responsive, phone-first service.The role is based in the Burgess Hill office.
