The role: You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of SME commercial clients. The role covers renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business support, and general client queries, with exposure across a broad range of SME policies. You''ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely, accurate advice while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders.
